Job Description
The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, pot washing, general equipment cleaning, and the storage and rotation of food and supplies. The role includes janitorial duties in dining service areas such as the Dining Room and Bistro, handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, and complying with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

Salary: $47,000.00 - $51,000.00 (Competitive)
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb or work in confined spaces
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
Organizational and time management skills with good judgment, problem solving, and decision making abilities
