LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Ashland, VA. This is a contract to hire opportunity for a growing and fast paced company.

Responsibilities

Prepare routine correspondence

Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Answer incoming phone calls and transfer when necessary

Provide general administrative support to the office and assist team members when needed

Assist with payroll as needed

Update and maintain records and files

Skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to pick up on new technology quickly

Ability to multitask

Must possess wonderful organizational skills

Qualifications

1-3 years of administrative experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

QuickBooks experience preferred but not required

Work Hours 40 hours per week

Employment Type Contract to Hire, Full Time
