LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager in Richmond, VA. This is a contract opportunity for a growing and fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when required.
Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Ensure all restoring documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained.
Conduct post-project evaluations and produce recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (required).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
5+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
