Talent Consultant - HR/Administration/Supply Chain - LHH Recruitment Solutions HR Assistant
Duration:
2–3 month contract
Pay Rate:
$26–$30 per hour
Hours:
M-F, Full-Time
About the Role LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Assistant to provide hands‑on support to our client's Human Resources and Recruitment team during a short‑term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering accurate and timely HR services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, new hire packets, and compliance forms.
Help monitor adherence to company policies and employment laws.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
