Position Overview
Restaurant Supervisor
– Commonwealth Lodging Management, LLC – Full-time, Mid‑Senior level – $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Restaurant & Bar.
Ensure staff receive training on quality and service standards.
Achieve and maintain budgeted revenues and labor cost objectives.
Train staff and follow up to sustain service levels.
Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals.
Maintain food and liquor costs.
Maintain floor presence during meal periods.
Conduct routine brand standard audits.
Complete additional duties as assigned by hotel leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
High School Graduate or GED.
1‑2 years of food service experience preferred.
Guest/customer relations training.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
English language proficiency.
Physical ability to lift/transport 50 pounds, push/pull up to 150 pounds.
Standing and mobility for up to 8 hours.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and teamwork orientation.
