Join the team at Flix Brewhouse, the first-ever cinema brewery in America, where we blend the love of film with the joy of craft beer and delicious food! As a Head Brewer at Flix Brewhouse, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our guests by effectively brewing our core line of award winning craft beers, contributing to seasonal offerings, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production goals. You will maintain a monthly inventory, develop new recipes, and work with the L&D team to communicate new offerings to the team. Responsibilities
Brewing the core line of award winning craft beers and contributing to seasonal offerings. Maintain quality standards and meet production goals. Maintain monthly inventory and develop new beer recipes. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to communicate new offerings to staff. Qualifications
Certified Cicerone Beer Server with at least three years of brewery experience. Strong understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. General understanding of fluid dynamics and mechanical inclination. Self-motivated, positive, and passionate about work; able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Preference for candidates who have graduated from an accredited MBAA course. Additional Information
