Job Description Position Summary The Breakfast Cook helps with station assignments, maintains place, and prepares hot and cold foods for breakfast according to Food & Beverage department specifications. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Pay range: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

Essential Job Functions / Key Job Responsibilities
Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats
Set up station and mise en place to chef's specifications
May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations
Help organize kitchen items including dry goods, kitchen equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries
Set up, work, and break down station
Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift
Submit production needs for following day by shift end
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of food preparation experience
Culinary degree or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Understanding of basic cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of company policies and procedures
Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively
Strong multitasking and time-management skills to ensure timely preparation and service
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy morning hours, while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
