Chromalloy is looking for a Training & Development Administrator to provide multi-function & multi-level support. The candidate must be confident, helpful, collaborative, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal individual will assist in the management of the new hire onboarding experience, on-the-job training (OJT), annual compliance training, and other on-site training initiatives currently in process. Primary Accountabilities
Assist the Site Training Lead with all administrative needs related to On-the-Job Training, online enrollment in Dayforce annual compliance training, new hire onboarding, and conducting classroom instruction in a variety of manufacturing related topics. Assist in the delivery of various lesson plans for OJT. Assist with writing lesson plans and creating classroom presentations to engage operators in collaborative learning. Tracking and managing certification/training records for the site. Assist in maintaining employee training records for competence and assessment. Qualifications
AA required, BA preferred or equivalent years of experience as a trainer or educator. Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). High degree of integrity and ethics and the ability to protect confidential employee and organizational information. High degree of composure and ability to deal with high velocity change, fluctuating priorities and shifting deliverables. Demonstrated office management skills; demonstrated meeting and travel scheduling capabilities; strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Legal
