Job Overview
As a Fricker’s manager, you will provide outstanding leadership, inspire the team, coach, train, counsel, create a profitable environment, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports and spirits. Drive positive sales growth. Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing all food‑safety, sanitation standards and procedures. Achieve optimal performance by communicating expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies. Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies. Recruit, select, and train quality individuals to achieve staffing objectives. Qualifications
At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual atmosphere. Steady employment history and minimum of two professional references. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, friendly demeanor with a Customer/Guest Service focus. Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits
