Position Summary As a Fricker’s Manager, you will lead a high‑energy team, inspire guests, coach staff, and create a profitable environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee a community‑centric restaurant that values strong local relationships.
Responsibilities
Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits.
Drive positive sales growth.
Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing all food‑safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Communicate job expectations, train, schedule, coach, and counsel staff while enforcing policies and procedures.
Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
Recruit, select, and train quality individuals to meet staffing objectives.
Requirements
At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual atmosphere.
Steady, stable employment track record and minimum of two professional references.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive, friendly demeanor and customer/guest service focus.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Full‑service restaurant experience (≥2 years).
ServeSafe certification.
