Logistics Lead (Warehouse Lead) – West Deptford, NJ
Join TireHub’s dynamic team as a Logistics Lead in our West Deptford warehouse. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining safety standards, and driving operational efficiency. This position is integral to the success of TireHub Logistics Centers (TLC).
Key Responsibilities include:
Verify accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting tires for customer orders.
Provide leadership to Logistics Specialists and oversee task distribution and routing.
Operate order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, delivery vehicles, and other equipment while ensuring safety guidelines are met.
Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles.
Conduct cycle counting, inventory control, and annual physical inventories.
Manage vehicle maintenance, conduct pre‑post‑trip inspections, and report mechanical issues.
Collect cash‑on‑delivery payments and maintain driver/vehicle logs.
Communicate daily summaries to Leadership covering employee, safety, and operational metrics.
Assist with training and complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in general warehousing, including proper placement of received and shipped products.
Ability to bend, pull, rotate, and lift frequently; comfortable working up to 35 feet while tethered.
Multitask in a fast‑paced environment and use computer‑based programs (iPad).
Accurately load, unload, and position tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
Work independently and as part of a team; maintain a TireHub‑sponsored forklift certification.
Possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving history; be 19 years old or older.
Familiarity with Roadnet, GPS, and navigation systems.

Working Conditions:
Lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs; work regularly standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and balancing.
Spend extended periods of time on a computer with repetitive key‑boarding.
Handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment as required.
Meet vision, height, and weight restrictions for equipment use.
Work extended, evening, and weekend hours; driving at night and in inclement weather may be required.

Compensation:
Starting wage of $21.65 per hour with guaranteed $2.00 increases over the first year. Monday‑through‑Saturday fluctuating day shift hours.
Reporting:
Reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of general work experience.
