Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory
WIS International is seeking a Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory. The role focuses on inventory management within a grocery segment, ensuring accurate counting, recording, and workflow compliance.
Compensation:
Starting Wage: $17.00 - $19.00. Part‑time availability with flexibility for traditional and non‑traditional hours. Potential for productivity‑based wage increases up to $5.00.

What You Will Do
Work with a single customer in the grocery segment
Count and record inventory with precision
Follow a clear, consistent workflow
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods
Meet daily performance goals and celebrate achievements

Team Requirements
Minimum age 18 years
Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred
No inventory experience required; training will be provided
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools
Strong focus, attention to detail, and reliable attendance
Positive, team‑oriented attitude
We encourage applicants with no degree, returning to work, or military experience
Reliable transportation access
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, work in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
