Responsibilities

Work primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment.

Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.

Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

Meet daily performance goals and celebrate achieving them. Productivity‑based wage increases are in your future.

Act as the face of our organization to customers.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver and/or warehouse work is desirable.

Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.

Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

No degree or inventory experience required – we provide training.

Encouraged applicants: no experience or returning to the workforce, military experience.

Access to reliable transportation.

Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive motions with both hands and wrists, frequent low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling or crouching, use of a ladder, lifting items up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
