$48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machinery (lathes, mills, grinders) according to specifications.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.
Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools.
Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, ensuring proper material handling.
Change and replace worn tools, inserts, and other machine components as needed.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and G-code/M-code.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices.
Experience with in-process quality control and identifying machining defects.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks CAM).
Experience with CMM operation or other advanced metrology tools.
Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
