Description We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician / Mechanic to join our Distribution business in Mishawaka, IN.

You Will Make An Impact In The Following Ways

Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop

Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools

Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles

Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies

Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products

Maintain own tools

Responsibilities

Completes complex internal engine repairs

Detailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and components

Proficient experience with engine diagnostic software

Compensation And Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Education, Licenses, Certifications Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)

Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution

Locally Valid Driving Permit (Preferred) This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products

Qualifications Willing to favor expanded service experience over Cummins experience.

7-3:30 or 8-4:30PM (need to be able to work either shift)

This position is subject to Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements. This roll will be subject to on-going random drug and alcohol testing.
