Responsibilities:
Operate block‑making machine with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Clean, inspect, and maintain the block machine daily.
Communicate issues or needed repairs to the plant manager to keep the plant running effectively.
Assist with preventive maintenance and plant repairs as needed.
Operate rolling equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and enjoyable work environment.
Assist in end‑of‑shift plant cleanup.
Qualifications:
Experience operating heavy machinery (preferred).
Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Benefits:
Yearly raises with no top‑out.
Overtime paid daily after 8 hours and weekly after 40 hours.
Paid PTO from day one, earning one day per every 60 days worked.
