Responsibilities

Assemble cable harnesses and electronic components in accordance with work orders and technical drawings.

Build cable harnesses, interpret technical drawings, and complete quality checks of products.

Cut, sort, color‑code, measure, crimp, solder, and route various lengths and gauges of wire, heat‑shrink, and related materials to form wire harnesses.

Operate tools and equipment such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, heat guns, and associated equipment.

Read and follow wire harness assembly instructions and gather materials and tooling necessary for work.

Conduct functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.

Perform visual and dimensional inspections.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

IPC certifications: IPC‑WHMA‑A‑620 required, IPC‑J‑STD‑001 preferred.

5‑10 years of relevant experience in a related field.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment with associated physical demands.

Experience with warehouse and manufacturing processes and procedures.

Must participate in a skills‑based assessment as part of the interview process.

U.S. citizenship with an active Secret Security clearance preferred; the ability to maintain the clearance level is required.

Physical & Work Environment Employees will work in an assembly, manufacturing and production environment, using specialized technical and electronic testing equipment, including computer software. PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, protective footwear and lab coats may be required. Telework may be included.
