SimTech, Inc., recognized as one of the 2025 Best Places for Working Parents in Huntsville, AL, is seeking highly skilled and experienced Electronics Technicians to support the PM Mounted Armored Vehicle Bradley Fighting Vehicle platform.

Responsibilities
Assemble cable harnesses and electronic components in accordance with a work order and technical drawings.
Perform all production tasks, including building cable harnesses, interpreting technical drawings, and completing quality checks.
Cut, sort, color‑code, measure, crimp, solder, and route various lengths, types, and gauges of wire, heat‑shrink, and related materials to form harnesses.
Operate tools and equipment such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, heat guns, and associated equipment.
Interpret wire harness assembly instructions and gather necessary materials and tools in an organized manner.
Conduct functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Education
IPC certifications: IPC‑WHMA‑A‑620 required, IPC‑J‑STD‑001 preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a related field.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment with physical demands.
Experience with warehouse and manufacturing processes and procedures.
Must participate in a skills‑based assessment as part of the interview process.
U.S. citizenship with Active Secret Security clearance preferred; ability to maintain security clearance required.
Work Environment Employees will work in assembly, manufacturing, and production environments, using technical and electronic testing equipment, including specialized software. Physical demands include lifting, moving, and assembling equipment, operating testing tools, and wearing PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, protective footwear, and lab coats. Telework may be included.
