What You’ll Do
Attend training on applicable equipment
Perform additional duties as needed
Assist in loading fabricated rebar onto trailers and unloading stock material
Maintain a clean, orderly work area and equipment
Operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines
Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the safety culture
Cross‑train on multiple machines
Operate rebar fabrication equipment, such as shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, forging, welders, etc.
What You’ll Need
Ability to work outside under all weather conditions, including heat and cold
Willingness to cross‑train as required
Compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies
Strong work ethic and safe working habits
Team player in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail and root‑cause analysis
Ability to operate fabrication machines safely without supervision
Work overtime as business requiresPhysical capability: lift 50 lb, climb ladders and steps, stand for long periods, and work outside when needed
Read technical documents and service manuals
Knowledge of industrial practices and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred: Minimum 1 year in a heavy industrial environment (not required)
Reliable punctuality and work ethic
Your Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
