What You’ll Do
Attend training on applicable equipment and cross‑train on other fabrication machines.
Assist in loading fabricated rebar onto trailers and unloading stock material from trailers.
Operate rebar fabrication equipment—shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, forging, welders, etc.—in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Maintain a clean, orderly work area and equipment condition.
Participate in CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations.
What You’ll Need
Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions, including heat and cold, and lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
Able and willing to cross‑train on multiple machines; work overtime as required.
Strong work ethic, safety‑first mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read technical documents and service manuals.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a heavy industrial environment (preferred but not required).
Proficiency with fabrication machines in a safe, supervised manner.
High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
