**Pay: Up to $24.97 per hour**, depending on experience, **plus $1.00 per hour off-shift premium**.
Welders may elect to receive a **$4.00 per hour retention bonus immediately**.* Must be able to pass multiple welder qualification tests during the Caterpillar provided training* Minimum of one (1) year of experience in production environment using GMAW with 0.045” or larger wire on ½” or greater thickness material* Ability to perform simple computer operations* Be available to work any shift* Ability to work overtime to support production demands* Three (3) years of GMAW welding experience* Technical school or equal educational background in mechanical or similar discipline* Good communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamwork* Ability to work well individually or in a team environment* **Full Time position** offering benefits including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K, etc.* **Company Provided PPE** such as Safety Glasses (includes prescription safety glasses) and Weld Hood as well as Safety Boot Reimbursement.* **Shift:** 3rd shift 10:00 pm to 6:00 am* **Pay: Up to $24.97 per hour**, depending on experience, **plus $1.00 per hour off-shift premium**.
