Retail Display Installer – Technology
2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following plan‑ogram and client‑specific directives.
Location and Schedule Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday, with no weekend requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
Follow plan‑ogram directives and client‑specific requests.
Complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
Maintain accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations as needed.
Assist other team members as required.
Attend training and certification programs.
Adhere to timelines and keep availability updated.
Benefits
$16.50 per hour, depending on location and experience.
Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay.
Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
Paid training.
Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability.
Variety of projects and clients.
Job assignments available Monday–Friday; no weekend assignments required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Age 18 or older. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email, smartphone). Must own an Android or iPhone mobile device for data upload.
Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Proficiency with hand and power tool usage and ability to follow plan‑ogram directives.
Must complete all training assignments within designated time frame.
Must be able to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
