Client Care Specialist Manager
Total Veterinary Care (TVC) is looking for a
full-time
Client Care Specialist (CCS) Manager to join our growing veterinary team in Buford, GA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading people, helping clients, and being part of a close-knit team that truly cares about pets and the people who love them. About the Role:
As our CCS Manager, you’ll be a key part of our hospital team. You’ll work closely with our Chief of Staff while setting the tone for great client service. This is a hands‑on role—you’ll spend time at the front desk supporting clients while also guiding, training, and supporting the Client Care Specialist team to help everyone succeed. What You’ll Do:
Set the standard
for friendly, thoughtful client and patient care Greet clients and serve as one of the first faces they see when they walk through our doors Act as a
main point of contact
for vendors Be responsible for
key administrative tasks Train, schedule, coach, and support
the Client Care Specialist team Mentor team members
and provide feedback to help them grow and stay consistent Oversee client communication
to keep the day running smoothly Stay
organized
and keep projects and administrative work
on track Help create a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment Skills and Experience Needed:
At least
1 year of experience managing
a team of 3 or more people At least
2 years of higher level customer service experience , preferably in a veterinary or medical setting Someone who
communicates clearly , stays
organized , and leads by example A
positive, professional attitude and a genuine love for helping clients Someone who is
reliable , has good
time-management skills , and maintains a
focus on detail A
