Location: Thornwood Commons - 1110 Olmstead Ave; Columbus, OH 43201.
Job Type: Full-Time – Rotating on Call.
Pay Rate: $21-$24/hr - Depending on Experience.

What You’ll Do
Complete work orders using our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
Manage unit turns and prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
Handle emergencies, including on‑call shifts when needed.
Maintain high standards by keeping our communities in top shape and documenting your work properly.
Stay certified by maintaining any required certifications for the role.
What We’re Looking For
At least one year of maintenance work with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
Dependability: a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
Resident‑focused customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs.
Efficiency and problem‑solving: the ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
Clear communication: effective written and verbal skills.
