FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Hiring immediately for full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions.
Address: Ascension St John Medical Center – 1923 South Utica Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74104 (online applications accepted only).
Schedule: Full‑time. Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Details discussed during interview.
Requirement: 1 year of previous floor care experience.
Pay: $17.00 per hour.
Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.
Essential Functions
Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role (preferred).
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
