Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician based in Madison, MS. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, and carrying out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Additional responsibilities include conducting industrial maintenance, equipment inspections, and repairs to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices and procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and protocols
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant certifications in maintenance or a related field are a plus
Prior experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous
