Join Dynata's Virtual Call Center team as a part-time telephone interviewer and earn extra cash remotely. This is a temporary, part-time position, estimated to end November 15th, 2026. Ideal for candidates seeking temporary or supplemental employment during the holiday season. No sales or collections involved. Responsibilities

Perform outbound surveys from home with respondents and accurately record their answers. Cover topics ranging from politics to customer satisfaction and beyond. Ensure the opinions collected are recorded and provided to clients to help them make informed business decisions. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Join Our Team Base wage of $13/hr. Work remotely from home. We will train the right candidate. Schedule & Availability

Flexible shifts within operating hours. Must be available to work within the hours of 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST Monday - Friday and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Saturday - Sunday. Must be able to work 1 weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday) each week. Minimum 4 consecutive hours per shift and minimum 20 hours per week. Job Requirements

Must live and work in one of the following U.S. states: AL, AR, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MN, MS, MT, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WI, WV, or WY. Must be 18 years or older (16+ in SC, GA, and TX). Ability to read and speak clearly. Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner. Ability to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately type into the survey software. Typing speed of 30 wpm with maintained accuracy preferred. Ability to sit and type for the majority of the shift. Ability to provide own equipment (laptop, headset, webcam, etc.). Have a dedicated, quiet working space free of distractions. Equipment Requirements

Windows machine running Windows 10 or Mac computer running a recent version of macOS. No Chromebooks - not compatible with our systems. 8 GB RAM, 64-bit operating system, 1.8 GHz CPU or faster with at least 2 cores. Ability to download software to the computer. Personal email address capable of receiving files. 10 Mbps download speed, 5 Mbps upload speed or higher. Direct plug-in wired internet and power for the computer or laptop. USB or wired headset with microphone (no corded jack type, no gaming headsets, no wireless/Bluetooth or true wireless headsets). Working webcam. Smartphone capable of downloading apps and receiving messages via data or WiFi. Quiet, noise-free home office space that is free of distractions.
