Be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling (set or changing), maintaining a professional image, adhering to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability requirements for the position. You must be 18 years of age or older You must be willing and able to work during inclement weather You must be willing to open and close General Duties for All Store Team Members

Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler Prepare products Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility regularly Training

Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Communication Skills

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator acceptable) Must be able to make correct monetary change Verbal, written, and telephone communication to take/process orders Eye–hand coordination for precise movements Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks In-store temperatures range from cool to hot depending on area Occasional exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and other typical kitchen conditions Cramped spaces (e.g., walk-in cooler), hot surfaces up to 500+ degrees Physical Requirements

Standing for most tasks; occasional walking, sitting at a desk, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying and pushing items, climbing stairs or ladders for signs or maintenance, bending/reaching tasks with varying durations
