Job Summary & Responsibilities Organize and conduct medically prescribed PT/OT programs to increase function, prevent disability, and help patients of all ages adapt to tasks or environments. Facilitate the day‑to‑day coordination and supervision of all occupational therapy staff, including scheduling, conflict resolution, documentation, staff orientation and education, recruitment/retention, quality improvement, and marketing. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
State licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
Strong customer service abilities and effective listening skills.
Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving and lifting patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.

We offer a full range of services, including a birthing center, cardiac catheterization lab, cancer care, and a breast center. We provide minimally‑invasive and robotic surgery, general and vascular surgery, and advanced orthopedic equipment through the Orthopedic and Spine Institute.
