Handle customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and specifications via phone, email, and chat in Polish Provide customers with detailed information regarding vehicle options, pricing, and financing alternatives Assist customers in scheduling maintenance appointments and addressing service-related questions Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance service delivery and efficiently address customer needs Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and company offerings to provide relevant guidance to customers Requirements
Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach Ability to multitask and manage several inquiries simultaneously in a dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and general office applications Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary Benefits
