Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation, the Maintenance Person II performs skilled work in at least two maintenance trades with journey-level experience.
Duties include plumbing, pool maintenance, electrical, audio‑visual, painting, cabinetry, masonry, carpentry, grounds equipment repair, welding, HVAC, sprinkler, office machine repair, and occasional new‑construction projects.
Irrigation experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair tasks in two or more trades with journey-level expertise.
Work independently or as part of a crew, coordinating with fellow workers.
Supervise Maintenance Person I workers on special projects.
Complete duties as assigned and maintain work quality and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
At least two (2) years of journey‑level experience in two or more maintenance trades.
Valid trade certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, Electrical Journeyman, Pool Operator, Irrigation Technician).
Proof of high school graduation.
