Industrial Brake Operator – 2nd Shift – Sherman, TX
On-site position. Core hours Monday‑Thursday 2:30 pm–11:00 pm and Friday 12:30 pm–9:00 pm. Hourly rate $25.39.

What You’ll Do
Set‑up and proficiently operate LVD Press Brake controls.
Troubleshoot various machine problems.
Identify and tag shop orders with product.
Retrieve/enter data into the system.
Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts.
Maintain components and supplies as required.
Brake components based on print specifications.
Perform 5S & Continuous Improvement activities.
Minimum Education Required High School/GED.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum 1 year of Press Brake or Machine Operations experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
No relocation benefit is being offered; only candidates residing within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications Computer skills including bending program loading, solid math skills, and analytical and reasoning skills.
Position Criteria
Able to stand on feet continuously during the shift.
Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
Requires PPE: safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, leather gloves, hearing protection (as required in high noise areas).
Environment exposure includes sharp objects, pinch points, oil, and sparks.
