The Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is hiring an Industrial Brake Operator for 2nd shift (Monday‑Thursday 2:30 pm‑11:00 pm, Friday 12:30 pm‑9:00 pm). The hourly rate is $25.39.

What You’ll Do
Set up and operate LVD Press Brake controls.
Troubleshoot machine problems.
Identify and tag shop orders with product information.
Retrieve/enter data into the system.
Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts.
Maintain components and supplies to operate efficiently.
Brake components based on print specifications.
Perform 5S and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year Press Brake or Machine Operations experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Physical ability to stand continuously, lift up to 50 lbs, and use PPE (safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, leather gloves, hearing protection).
Knowledge of bending program loading, solid math and analytical skills.
No relocation benefit; candidates must reside in the Sherman, TX area.
Position does not offer immigration sponsorship.
Position Criteria
Must stand continuously during the shift.
Must lift 50 lbs without assistance.
Requires PPE: safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, leather gloves, hearing protection.
Exposure to sharp objects, pinch points, oil, sparks.
