Drive store sales and ensure a customer-centric approach in all operations

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and brand representation
Qualifications
1-3 years of retail management experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with retail technology systems
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams through coaching and mentoring
Knowledge of the competition and retail landscape
