$52,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices and payments.
Manage accounts receivable, generating invoices and monitoring collections.
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll and associated tax filings.
Maintain general ledger accounts and post journal entries.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial close procedures.
Track and reconcile inventory-related costs and manufacturing expenses.
Recommended Qualifications
3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Solid understanding of GAAP, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation
Familiarity with inventory costing, job costing, and financial reporting specific to manufacturing operations
Demonstrated strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
Basic understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., inventory valuation, WIP, COGS)
Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with inventory management software integrations
