What your future day will look like:
Ensure prompt and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and outgoing payments.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to verify correct coding and secure necessary invoice approvals.
Audit and reconcile accounts payable records and vendor account statements to maintain financial accuracy.
Address and resolve payment discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and other AP-related issues efficiently.
Build and sustain positive relationships with vendors to support smooth financial operations.

To be a champion in this role:
Accounts Payable Expertise:
Minimum of 3 years’ hands‑on experience in AP, with a deep understanding of processes, principles, and industry best practices.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to interpret financial data and deliver actionable insights.
Educational Background:
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, complemented by a solid foundation in core accounting principles.
Industry Experience & Precision:
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, detail orientation, and compliance.
