About the Role Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a detail‑oriented
Accounts Payable Clerk
for a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and has strong accuracy in processing invoices and vendor payments.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Perform 2‑way and 3‑way match to verify pricing and receipts
Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Monitor AP email inbox and respond to vendor inquiries
Maintain organized AP files and support month‑end close activities
Qualifications
2+ year of Accounts Payable or accounting support experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high‑volume processing
Proficiency in
Excel
and experience with accounting or ERP systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
