Base pay range:
$23.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding of sheet metal (Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum) 11ga - 22ga.
Create cosmetic and structurally sound welds.
Read and interpret production prints.
Use basic inspection tools (calipers, height gauges, etc.).
Maintain set production rates.
Operate and maintain welding equipment, including handheld lasers and Miller Dynasty 400 welders.
Pass the weld test.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated, reliable, and committed to showing up to work daily.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in maintaining welding equipment.
2‑year technical degree.
