Job Overview Vapor Armour is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and technically skilled Traveling Roofing Installer to join our Field Operations team. As a key member of our crew, you will install our proprietary Vapor Armour™ membrane systems on cold storage facilities across the U.S. and Canada. This full-time, travel-based role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, roofing expertise, and a desire to work with a patented product exclusive to our industry.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to job sites according to company schedules

Install Vapor Armour™ membranes in line with company protocols

Measure, cut, and seal materials with precision

Assist team members and follow direction from the Lead Installer

Inspect installations and identify issues or areas needing attention

Maintain a clean and safe jobsite, storing tools and equipment properly

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and jobsite rules

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing or membrane installation

Proficient with low slope roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, etc.

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and fall protection systems

Skilled in hand and power tool use

Ability to understand instructions, solve problems, and work independently

Physically capable of working on ladders, in confined spaces, and in varied weather

Able to travel for up to two weeks at a time, including weekends

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid REAL ID and passport for work-related travel

High school diploma or GED preferred

Bi-weekly pay with performance bonus opportunities

Schedule

Full-Time

Rotational field schedule (2-3 weeks on the road at a time)
