Department & Location Department: Packaging Location: Nevada - Las Vegas
Compensation $20.00 - $24.30 / hour, paid bi‑weekly. Overtime, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours PTO, 401(k), and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Package product inventory efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
Maintain high‑quality standards throughout shifts, including constant QA/QC.
Work well with others in high‑pressure situations with a sense of urgency.
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions or suggestions from various levels within the company.
Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory to supervisors.
Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product.
Perform other related duties and tasks when requested by supervisors.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of related experience and/or training in a production or packaging environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast‑paced work environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
Must obtain all state‑required permits, licenses, certifications.
Willingness to submit to a background check.
Effective communication in English, both verbally and written.
Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
State regulations require all applicants to be 21 years of age or older.
