PT Customer Service Representative
National Fitness Partners – Part‑time position. Starting at $12 per hour.
Shift availability: Sat 1 pm‑7 pm; Sun 6:45 am‑1 pm; Mon 11 am‑5 pm; Wed‑Fri 11 am‑5 pm.
Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities
Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
