Position Description Permanent full‑time Material Handler / Warehouse Forklift Operator
Hourly Pay $22.00 per hour
Overtime Pay $33.00 per hour
Multiple schedules available: All shifts are 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (Wednesday–Saturday, Monday–Tuesday & Friday–Saturday, Monday–Thursday)
Products handled: Solar Panels
Equipment: Stand‑up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, RF scanner, etc.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
One year or more experience in a warehouse and/or powered industrial truck (preferred)
Valid Forklift Operator's License
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment
Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, with good attendance
Must can lift or move up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and work flexible shifts
High degree of initiative and accuracy under pressure
Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
Maintain accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, loading/unloading trucks
Handle paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours
Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
Perform other duties as assigned
