Schedule and coordinate appointments, surgeries, and tests using hospital systems Conduct pre-registration and update patient information, including creating new patient charts Ensure adequate stock of supplies and maintain cleanliness of equipment and waiting areas Perform insurance verification and explain benefits to patients Collect payments, issue receipts, and record daily and monthly statistics What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED with two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience Ability to follow oral instructions and possess basic reading and writing skills Proficient computer and basic keyboard skills Strong telephone etiquette skills General knowledge of office machines, including printers and scanners How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
