$15.00/hr – $17.50/hr Responsibilities
Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience. Share customer‑service best practices with all team members. Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. Recommend items for sale, trade‑ups, and companion items. Process returns, refunds and exchanges; keep counters and shelves clean, perform inventory and merchandising tasks. Apply company asset protection procedures and compliance with state and local laws for regulated products. Build and maintain promotional displays; assist with food item separation and stock rotation. Operate store systems and equipment; deliver photo and web‑pickup services. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; comply with company policies. Complete assignments and other tasks as directed. Training & Personal Development
Attend training and complete required performance program logs (PPLs) assigned by manager or corporate. Basic Qualifications
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications
Six months experience in a retail environment. Prior work experience with Walgreens. Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico). Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
