$48,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs.
Document inspection results, deviations, and non-conformances accurately in quality records.
Identify, segregate, and tag non-conforming materials according to established procedures.
Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct basic calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
Support the development and improvement of quality control processes and documentation.
Recommended Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance or inspection role
Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and ability to read blueprints/GD&T
Understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and basic statistical process control (SPC)
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent experience
Experience operating or programming CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Internal auditing experience against ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
