Salary Range:
$44,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods against quality standards and specifications.
Conduct various quality tests, measurements, and functional checks using precision measuring equipment.
Document inspection and test results accurately, maintaining comprehensive quality records and generating reports.
Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action processes as required.
Calibrate, maintain, and verify the accuracy of measurement and test equipment.
Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Support the development and revision of quality control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or inspection role.
Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and reading blueprints.
Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience operating or programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
Familiarity with specific industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
