Caravel Autism Health is looking for caring, compassionate, mentor‑minded people who want to teach kids to thrive. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll work with children on the autism spectrum, play and encourage learners, and implement goals from their treatment plans to increase desired skills and reduce challenging behaviors. You’ll help children reach milestones such as learning to ride a bike or telling a loved one they’re appreciated.

Requirements
Availability to work full time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday‑Friday. Centers may also open a few Saturdays a month for make‑up sessions.
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
Fun and creative personality.
Strong work ethic.
Must be 18 years old or older.
