Overview
Caravel Autism Health is looking for caring, compassionate, mentor‑minded individuals to serve as Behavior Technicians (BT) for children on the autism spectrum. Your role will involve playing and encouraging learners, implementing treatment plan targets, and gathering data to support progress.
Responsibilities Implement applied behavior analysis strategies to increase desirable skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Engage children in skill‑building activities while documenting progress.
Work one‑to‑one with a client; no group billing.
Assist in creating individualized treatment plans based on observations.
Collaborate with the treatment team and share insights from daily sessions.
Maintain accurate records of session data and client progress.
Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements
Availability to work full time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Make‑up sessions available on a couple of Saturdays per month.
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
Relevant experience with children with special needs preferred.
Fun and creative personality.
Strong work ethic.
Must be 18 years old or older.
