Caravel Autism Health is looking for caring, compassionate, mentor-minded people that want to teach kids to thrive. As a Behavior Technician, you will play and encourage learners while incorporating targets from their treatment plans. You'll implement a variety of goals to increase desirable skills and decrease challenging behaviors. You will engage children in fun activities to build their skills and social awareness, and document their progress. As a BT, you'll be part of life‑changing moments.

No RBT? $15.00 to $17.00
Sign On Bonus $750
Obtained your RBT? Start at $15.25 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $21.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside the shown range. We provide competitive wages and benefits, including medical and dental insurance, employer‑matched 401(k), paid time‑off, paid travel, short‑term disability and more.

Requirements
Availability to work full time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday make‑up sessions.
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant experience working with children with special needs (preferred).
Fun and creative personality.
Strong work ethic.
Must be 18 years old or older.
