Caravel Autism Health is looking for caring, compassionate, mentor-minded people that want to teach kids to thrive. As a Behavior Technician, you will play and encourage learners while incorporating targets from their treatment plans. You'll implement a variety of goals to increase desirable skills and decrease challenging behaviors. You will engage children in fun activities to build their skills and social awareness, and document their progress. As a BT, you'll be part of life‑changing moments.

No experience is required – we provide paid training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

No RBT? $15.00 to $17.00

Sign On Bonus $750

Obtained your RBT? Start at $15.25 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $21.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT

Requirements

Availability to work full time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday make‑up sessions.

High school diploma or GED.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field (preferred).

Relevant experience working with children with special needs (preferred).

Fun and creative personality.

Strong work ethic.

Must be 18 years old or older.
