The Education Coordinator performs a wide range of clerical tasks including data entry, filing, copying, and updating documentation as needed. They coordinate onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and educational plans for all business lines. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and offboarding for new hires, including schedule creation, course assignment, scheduled presentations, transitioning to modified schedules, and releasing new hires from orientation. Oversee online training platform performance and communicate with platform representatives. Maintain knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations and standards of practice relevant to each service line and ensure compliance. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of medical terminology Ability to operate computer equipment including Excel, Outlook, Word, fax, and photocopy machines Must be discreet and maintain HIPAA confidentiality in the workplace. Desired Qualifications
Associate’s Degree preferred 1 year of experience in an appropriate clerical setting preferred Location
Home Office: 24255 W 13 Mile Rd, Suite 250, Bingham Farms, MI 48025 Hours
